Hotel was beautiful,clean & in a very nice location. Was easy to get around downtown KC without using our vehicle...streetcar goes all over the area!

“Disappointing”

Downtown location

Very nice hotel, beautiful decor. Excellent restaurant for dinner, but no breakfast. Walking distance to the river and back. Valet parking was offered at $40/night, but parked ourselves in a multi-storey carpark around the corner of the hotel building for half that. Great room, nice walk-in shower.

I loved how spacious the room was . Comfortable bed, good location and everyone including the hotel staff was warm, friendly and accommodating at the hotel. I’ll definitely come back to stay in KC again at hotel indigo.

“Too little for the price”

The hair dryer did not work. There were no tooth brushes. No ventilation at the toilet. Or at least it did not work. The shower head was pretty low and could not adjust it higher, which hurts for tall people. The glass separating the shower and the toilet did not move to close the shower space, so the water ran out and wet the whole place which is disgusting. The lighting of the room was terrible, almost equal to zero light. No parking space for the hotel, so we had to pay 20 bucks for the night, considering we do not get out and have to pay more with each time moving out and in. Considering the price per night, i think the valet service should have been included. We paied 226 bucks and yet we had to pay extra for parking too, ridiculous!! The whole hotel was trying to squeeze money as much as possible, providing as little as nothing.

Good location a great staff a really good restaurant

My car was stolen from the Hotel Indigo valet parking and only a minimum was done to assist or compensate for it.

Receptionists were very helpful! Room was nice and clean,bathroom was great. Restaurant downstairs is a good place for breakfast.

“Failed to address my request, after medical issues required I urgently return home”

I was forced to urgently return home early, due to medical issue. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com ever addressed my multiple requests for a refund for the final night of my stay. The hotel advised that I needed to contact Booking.com, and Booking.com advised that I needed to contact the hotel. Sending me on this bureaucratic maze was a disrespectful way to treat a guest in my situation, and soured my experience. The circumstances that led to my early departure were a disappointment and beyond my control. I had hoped for a more compassionate resolution.

“It was all in all wonderful with great staff and a great location.”

The location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going so far as to give me restaurant recommendations within walking distance.

Spent one on our way to Denver. The location was perfect, and the room was even better. It was a huge room that had been obviously remodeled. The bathroom was wonderful, and the bed was super comfortable. One of the best hotels we've stayed at, and we travel a lot. Loved it!
