Location is awesome and is close to downtown. The exterior of the building fits in the neighborhood well. The several interactions with the staff were awesome, really good employees.

Overall room was fine and clean. It was close to Crown Center and T-Mobile Center.

The staff was truly AMAZING, as they so welcoming and kind. This is the best staff of any place I’ve ever stayed. The room was nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking was plentiful and the hotel was really close to all locations we planned to visit.
