The door to my room was about to come off one of the hinges because I had to hold the door up as I closed it, otherwise the door would just bang against the door frame and not close. I was never able to get hot water at the faucet in the bathroom and it took forever to get hot water to the faucet in the kitchen. The elevator went out sometime in the night leaving me, a disabled veteran, to manhandle a large cat kennel down from the second floor, not to mention the rest of the luggage. My keycard didn't work in the door leading to the parking lot.
