I thought I was booking a room at Crown Center, and I also thought that I was making a reservation directly with the hotel, but discovered later that it was via bookings.com. So that was all confusing.

This is my favorite place to stay in Kansas City. Location is great, rooms are comfortable, staff is always super professional and friendly. I've been staying here for years. And they're dog friendly.

“Wouldn’t stay again”
The hotel was very below 4 star standard. Also I have never seen as many teenagers on a church trip before! The hotel had booked a very large group of kids to stay which meant facilities like the pool and even the lifts where out of bounds!

“Clean, comfortable and practical.”
They tried to bill me again on departure, I realised the payment was pending on my card and explained I paid already through booking.com. The payment request was cancelled after I kicked up a fuss, but it did ruin the stay at what is a decent hotel.
