“My friends and I loved it.”
The hotel and casino were great. The only thing I would say is they need to have more tables open during the day. But the room and bar were great. The bakery service was great and the lady there we super friendly. Thank you

“The casino and restaurant area was worth the visit but the rest was very disappointing”
I liked the lobby area and casino. The downstairs area was beautiful and the little pub like restaurant was great! The feel of the casino lobby areas was really nice and made us feel like we had traveled to European cities.

“Won’t be back”
Air did not work, would not go below 74. The hallway was colder than our room. The casino floor was hot. No self serve stations. Slots were not paying.

“Convenient, priced right and very nice staff. I’ve stayed many times before.”
First room had a myriad of problems. No shampoo, etc in shower. Shower was scalding and even maintenance could not adjust it. TV kept reverting to Argosy ad in the middle of a program. Had to turn tv off to get the remote to work again. Floor in bathroom sticky, icky. Moved to second room on second night. Everything worked, including shower. Main concern was cleanliness. I misplaced my hearing aid and got the flashlight out to look between bed and nightstand. SO MUCH DUST, DIRT, HAIRPINS, FUZZ! Rooms need deep steam cleaning and move the beds. There was something sticky, (old gum, jelly?) by the console. Good things were the front desk staff. Always polite and helpful.

Room was nice and clean. There was a large walk-in shower which was a nice. Casino was clean unlike some others in the area.
