“Worst experience with hotel and booking.com.”
We have booked a superior deluxe room for 3 persons but the hotel said they dont have such room. Booking.com should not put fake rooms if the hotel does not have that facilities. Its worst experience and the hotel staff also misbahaved. I also tried to contact booking.com via email and other help facilities on platform but I have not received any response.

Firstly this people they treated us like an animal and who sits in the receptionist they were extremely rude on us just because he has a foreigner guest and she’s my wife however they threw us outside and even they tore our documents, we came along very and they behaved pathetic. My request is to remove those people who sits in the reception and teach them hospitality. Thanks
