This is a really beautiful property in a peaceful area out of the city, easily accessible via tuk tuk. The room was also very tastefully designed, spacious and comfortable, and the toilets were clean and modern with a shower cubicle. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, and prepared for us very delicious breakfast spread (we especially loved the pol roti!)

What a stunning property! Room was huge, super comfortable with the most fantastic paramount window. Tastefully decorated throughout with the most magnificent of stairways and first floor lounge come breakfast area.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. The architecture and style are stunning and the comfort and location couldn’t be better. Great bed, shower and all very clean!! But what made it truly special were the hosts; warm, genuine and sincere. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Unforgettable conversations! The breakfast was outstanding with egg hoppers, fresh fruit, rotti and more. A perfect start to the day. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return the next time we are in Sri Lanka.

Very nice Team and a beautiful place! I would recommend the Hotel for everyone who likes a quiet and comfortable place with great stuff. The hotel is a little bit outside but not to far from the city! The breakfast was fantastic.

“Great location in the hills of Kandy”

We got to stay three nights at Robeirosa. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well tempered even without the AC. It is located on the edge of the city, which means you will need a TukTuk to get to Kandy Central, but this also means it is quiet and relaxed. We had a lovely breakfast each morning, and Saliya and his family really went above and beyond for us - helped with arranging a driver and train tickets and generally were there for all our questions. We would definitely come back! We also used this as the basis for trips to Kandy and also Sigiriya and it was a good base location for that.

Absolutely stunning property up in the hills outside Kandy. Very peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of the city. Waking up to the sound of birds and monkeys was idyllic. The husband and wife team here were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with cold wash clothes and fresh fruit juice and the breakfast the following morning was authentic and delicious. Massive room with a big and comfortable bed and great showerroom with hot and powerful water! The communal rooms were also stunning and spacious.

Fantastic stay. What made it special was our hosts, who were exceptionally nice and helpful, happy to chat and gives us advice. However the rest was pretty much perfect, too: - The house itself is very, very comfortable, and fitted to a high standard. The rooms are huge with high ceilings, full of light with floor-to-ceiling windows. It is perfectly clean and newly refurbished. - It is located slightly out of the city centre, in a very green and quiet area - very peaceful. Having breakfast in the first floor looking into the treetops was magic Thanks a lot for your hospitality, really!

The owner Saliya and his daughter Sahani gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived around 9 pm. The room was very spacious, clean, new and beautiful. The house is very spacious with lots of sunlight and balconies, you can definitely feel the good vibes. The location is really good, calm and close to the center. The breakfast was tasty and Sahani made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely book again at Roberosia on our next trip to kandy and we highly recommend this place.

Great place! Spacious clean rooms with big windows. Very nice breakfast The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We had some issues with train tickets which the solved by going to the train station them self to deal with problem. The best stay!

this house is exceptional in terms of its location, its architecture and, above all, its owners. We felt right at home. The breakfast, homemade and very tasty, is served in a large room with bay windows overlooking a wide terrace and the countryside.

This is the best place we have stayed. The owners of the house were super friendly, they greeted us with freshly squeezed juice, accommodated us immediately. On the first day, when we wanted to eat in the evening, they made us sandwiches, although it was already late. The house itself is very unusual, beautiful, with an interesting design. It is very important that the house has hot water, not everywhere in Sri Lanka it is, but here it is always available. The owners of the house constantly helped us with taxis and with places where you can eat deliciously. And the breakfasts here are just wonderful, I highly recommend this place to stay, you will be satisfied!
