Serene is an understatement for the view. The pool side is impeccable and extremely clean. Enjoyed our day and night coffee sessions at the pool. The villa has a kitchen and lounge area, well equipped with all staples. Ajith hosted us to a comfortable stay. He is a one man army, a very kind and hardworking man. Served us appetising breakfast. The swimming pool is much appreciated in sunny weather, as well as the beautiful views spanning on two sides of the room. I loved the firm large teak bed. The. Breakfast in the morning with organic products shines by its attention to quality and balance.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming, with a lovely pool and views. Anne-Cecile even arranged a little Birthday celebration for me which was lovely. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to a busy road down the steep driveway this was an oasis amidst the bustle of Kandy. Also close to Peradeniya station for trains to the high country. Great communication before the trip. Provided a recommendation for Yummy Kandy Cooking class/ market tour, with a brilliant local family. This turned out to be a highlight of our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great base for Kandy.

Modern clean building. The host boast the best breakfast and she is correct. Fresh and healthy ingredients that give you a great start for the day. The pool is a welcoming sight for a refreshing cool dip after exploring for the day. The rooms are a reasonable size and the beds and pillows are your usual SL comfort level. The shower was great with modern fixtures and great water pressure

A home away from home. Anne-Cécile made us feel welcome and did everything to make us as comfortable as possible. About 10min from the center of Kandy it is a perfect place to be outside the hubbub of the city. A nice place to relax especially with the pool and the rooftop. Laundry facilities available for cheap as well.

“Beautiful oasis in the city”

Beautiful guest house! It’s like a peaceful oasis in the city. Just outside of Kandy but very close to Perideniya train station. There are shops and eateries on the main road. Lovely decor and calm space. Comfortable bed and great shower! The communal lounge is great and has fridge, kettle, tea, water etc. The pool is fab, so is the rooftop terrace where you can relax or do yoga. The breakfast is amazing and the hostess is there to help with anything you need. There is attention to detail and everything is perfect!

The room was clean and you have a nice view from the accommodation as it is located slightly higher. The pool looked very nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious at the accommodation. The location is a little bit further out the city center of Kandy but in walking distance to the beautiful botanical garden. The host was friendly but communication was sometimes difficult due to language barrier.

“An unforgettable stay”

Alexandra and Michael are incredibly helpful and friendly. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable with them. They provided excellent assistance with transfers and valuable tips for the surrounding area. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring homemade jams and other delicious treats. I had the best shower of my entire trip here. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the pool was a wonderful place to cool off.

“Paradise in Kandy”

Everything was excellent. You have to climb to the small hill whete hotel is. But it is an amazing view. You can observe animals, birds and trees from the garden with a very nice pool. Alex and Michael are very helpfull and very nice. Nothing is a problem. Breakfasts are very good. The dinner cooked by Alex was delicious.

Extraordinary hosts, welcoming and kind. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed what can only be described as the best breakfast that we have had anywhere! Alexandra is a gifted cook and when we return to Sri Lanka we would stay here just for that. However there is much more. Comfortable and quiet rooms provided with a refrigerator filled with delicious fruit teas. The property itself has been refurbished to the highest standard. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool which was very appealing. Michael and Alexandra gave us very useful information before our stay.
