It’s really not how the pictures are. We were put into a basement first and everything was just dirty. Then two of us were based at the upper level where at least the air was better and was brighter but sheets were spotty, everything was dirty, no hygiene at all. We were glad just to say one night.

“The rooms are not cleaned and way different from the pictures.”
The hotel was on the way up a hill so the scenary was quit okay.

“Such a shame!!!!”
They have given the rooms we reserved via booking.com to some walk-in guests. And had the audacity to tell us that they don't check any online reservation after 6 pm. Knowing We got the confirmation and there was no such rule mentioned under property policies even. Instead of apologizing they guided us all the way up to Hantana mountain and mentioned the whole scenario after only we almost reached the location.

The view was beautiful. It was a quiet place. It's a walking distance (stairs) from a grocery store and a restaurant. Big rooms with comfortable beds.

hello I booked your hotel for 1 day ... last week .. very good location and good weather for holiday. So I would like to say that the room is comfortable. The bathroom is clean but I would like to renovate the downstairs bathroom.. and curtains & Sofa sets better to be replace .. because it will add new value to your hotel .. very nice staff .. Highly recommend

We stayed there for one night with my sisters. It was a wonderful experience for us. It is close to Kandy city, and the view is amazing both day and night. The hotel's interior design is excellent, and the environment is very calm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The safety is also good
