“Suitable accommodation near Kandy”
We chose this accommodation for two nights for our group of six (three rooms) because it offered enough space and a convenient base to explore Kandy. The reasonable price, plus the option to prepare breakfast and do laundry, met our needs. For a longer stay the villa might be less suitable, as it lacks outdoor seating areas. Getting into Kandy is easy by driver or tuk‑tuk (it’s not within walking distance, so plan for transport). If you’re after a budget‑friendly yet safe and fairly well‑equipped place in Kandy, we can recommend it. Just be aware the villa is close to a busy road, so it isn’t the quietest location.

“Great holiday location”
Just as an improvement, worth mentioning about the accessibility to the property. There is a very steap set of steps to get to the property. This was not something I realised when booking.

“Amazing and spacious stay”
The stay was super spacious. It had everything and more - utensils, washer dryer, microwave. The owners were super chill. We had wifi, hot water. There was a convenience store within walking distance. The bathrooms were really clean and we got towels. This place was one of the best we stayed in Sri Lanka

“Pleasant but could have been better for the price we paid”
The place smelt a little off. The bathroom drains were completely clogged and water wouldn't drain at all. There was a lot of hair and dirt clogging the drain pipes.

“Family stay”
The first one is clean. Property was very clean and the owner is very kind and friendly . Definitely I am recommending this place for family staying for reasonable price.👌🏼🙏🏼
