“quiet, spacious and superbly equipped”
A superbly equipped apartment with plenty of space (for Japan). The apartment truly had everything one could need: a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishes and cutlery, and even a washing machine with detergent and drying racks. The location was incredibly quiet, yet the sights were easily accessible. Everything was excellent and in great condition.

The room was very simple, but very very clean. The host was very kind and let us leave our suitcase there before check-in time. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do.

“Great value and central location”
Great location, you can walk to the samurai district within 5 minutes. High street also very close as is the castle and gardens. Comfy bed. Big room enough for 3 people. Lovely owner.

For one person, it was great and very roomy. Nice to have a washing machine and drying rack on site. Close to downtown with great earing choices and close to all tourist sites. Great having fridge and small kitchen there. It's an mini apartment and very convenient and a nice change from capsule hotels.

Michiyo-san was very hospitable and helpful over text leading up to and during my stay itself. She kindly accommodated my late check-in and explained things clearly to me whenever I had any queries. The bed and pillow were so soft and comfortable, great after a long day out travelling. The futon blanket/duvet was extremely fluffy and warm, perfect for the cold weather during which I stayed. The location was extremely easy to find and despite facing the road, the room was rather well insulated from the traffic noise.
