We had a very nice stay in this lovely homestay, we felt at home and had enough space for a family of 4. We all loved it.

Perfect location, close to most of the sightseeing areas yet in a quieter part. The room was clean and spacious, more than we thought it was. The staff was also very nice and helpful they picked us up from the station for free and even dropped us to the castle!

Hands off self service type accommodation. Shower room and sink en suite then toilet dedicated to each room but just outside the room. Large shared kitchen and dining area which is ideal if you are here for a while and wanting to cook meals etc. free use of washer/dryer. Traditional room with tatami matting and futon beds which were super comfortable! Location great - 5-10min walk from main part of Higashi Chaya District. 5min walk to Family Mart combine and McDonald’s. We didn’t meet any staff during our stay but they were quick to reply via messaging if we needed anything (mainly recommendations for the area!). We had our luggage shipped to this accommodation from our previous location and arrived all ok.

The mattresses on the floor were surprisingly comfortable. The room had extra space, which worked for our family of four adults. The shower facilities were well stocked, and it was nice to have our own fridge in the bedroom. The shared kitchen and dining area were large, although we didn't have time to use them. The WiFi worked well throughout the property

Spacious room ( bedroom +small living room with tatami floor+bathroom with shower, toilet outside the room)! Great location, less than 10 minutes from the geisha district. Quiet street. Common space with kitchen and washing machine.

Smooth access to the location, parking, close to restaurants and areas of interest, quietness, welcome drink and complete piece of mind.

Spacious rooom. New and clean. The shared space, kitchen and dinning rom, was very useful to prepare breakfast or take a bite at night. Very quiet neighborhood
