I was a little worried about it being too far from town but the roads are great and I was there in a few minutes. What a lovely village. The locals and the westerners were super friendly and Mike, the manager, is funny and lively. One of those people you feel like you've known for years after ten minutes! If it was just the hostel then it's brilliant on its own but when you walk up to Bohemiaz it's another world. What a beautiful place. After my initial fears it turned out to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. I'm coming back next week!

“Very nice part of Kampot and I will return.”
Very friendly and helpful staff with surprisingly good facilities for such a low cost. My expectations were not high due to the price per room but I wanted to try it as it was a new spot in town and I have stayed in a few places at varying costs. My expectations were exceeded and then some so I will definitely return. The room was very clean and everything felt new and the facilities on site are fantastic. Love the pool.

“Perfect!”
I just stayed at the new Vimeanz resort (having stayed at their equally-excellent Bohemiaz resort before). It's owned and run by the same team, and we were even allowed free use of the big Bohemiaz swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi next door. The owner (and long-term expat) Mikey continues to welcome everyone in his own, warm way. Nothing is too much trouble ... he even took me and some of the other guests into town at night to show us the "sights." A very real time was had by all, so we'll be back, for sure ...

“A nice relaxing stay!”
This lovely new hostel was very clean and the staff very helpful. I loved the fact it is in the countryside but only 10 minutes from town!
