“Kampot Gem.”

We like the fact that our location was a little outside the town centre but easily walkable. The apartment was very spacious with plenty storage space. There is also a great swimming pool. The hosts are great and ever so helpful. We would definitely go back.

I had a great stay at S and D, they couldn't be more helpful and provided an excellent service, they rented me a bike and provided a laundry service at good rates, did not hike up the price.

“Lovely stay in quiet area of Kampot.”

Loved the sparkling clean pool after a long, hot day of exploring. Our room was spacious & clean & the bed very comfortable. The air conditioner is very efficient. The living room/kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a snack or breakfast. It was lovely to have an honesty system for the cold drinks - just put your name down each time you take your drinks & pay at the end! How many places would do that on a system of trust? Made us feel very welcome. We appreciated being in a quiet part of Kampot as some areas were very busy & noisy. Their neighbour Pepper (not sure if this was his exact name) picked us up from the train station which was great. He also took us on a couple of tours to La Plantation & to Kep crab market but also around areas of interest & had plenty of information about all the areas visited - we would highly recommend his services.

“Comfy, clean and quiet”

The bed was the best I’ve slept in whilst in Asia. My Unit and Pool was clean. The TV was a novelty. The location quiet, and less than 1km stroll to some great restaurants and supermarket. Hired a motorbike from the home stay for two days and went to Climbodia, the la plantation pepper farm, and also to the local national park. The owner was super friendly, helpful and kind, and the kids were lovely and sweet to have around.

Everything about this Guesthouse was great. It's an incredible hotel at an incredible price. First the room.. new building..a fully equipped kitchen . A wonderful mattress, top quality.: A very clean, beautiful pool just outside your room. Super clean room. Bright, a big TV. The floors alone were amazing. Second the location..very quiet but walking distance to downtown or a short/ cheapTuk-Tuk Third, the owners.. really above and beyond. So helpful so relaxed. If you need it they will be happy to oblige.Great food a wonderful chef Fourth, the overall feeling of comfort... a very relaxed, chill atmosphere. It's like this is where you belong Honestly, it's probably the nicest place I ever stayed!!!

“Fantastic! Highly recommended”

I had a fantastic two-day stay at S and D Boutique Guest House. From the start, the owners Don and Sopheap were incredibly helpful—Don even offered to pick me up from the bus station and drop me off at the end of my stay, though I didn’t need to use this service. Their hospitality was truly appreciated. The guest house itself was wonderful. The rooms were massive, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing—I had such a great night’s sleep! One of the highlights was the swimming pool. Starting each morning with a refreshing swim was just perfect. Another great touch was the honesty bar, where we could help ourselves to drinks and simply pay at the end. It made the stay feel even more relaxed and welcoming. Also I rented a scooter directly from the property which was very convenient! Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, with great facilities and outstanding hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return!

“Welcoming, quiet and comfortable guesthouse”

I felt very welcome at Sopheap and Don's place! I was even invited to Sopheap's birthday BBQ, which was lovely. I liked how quiet the area was and rented a bike to get to and from town. The cycle only takes a few minutes. I also slept very well on the super comfy bed and enjoyed all the space of the suite! Sopheap and Don were very helpful with anything I needed during my stay and gave me local recommendations as well. All in all, a lovely guesthouse!

Super pool ! Nice owners!! and very comfortable rooms with A/C ,the beds are super comfortable . We had a great time and we had a wonderful green papaya salad that the owner made on New Year's day! Nicest people!!!the owner did a town tour with us on our arrival and went out of his way to show us all the great restaurants and markets.!

The owners were fantastic. Invited us to a party which was fun. Pool was clean and great to swim in away from the heat. Room was spacious, clean and the best mattress in Cambodia! It was sooooo comfortable. Thanks

We loved our stay at S&D Guesthouse so we extended for another night! Sopheap was so kind and welcoming, helped us with recommendations on what to do in Kampot.the free shuttle from the bus station was a lovely touch. We wanted bikes for $3 to cycle around!

I was welcomed so well by Don and Sopheab. The accommodation is clean and spacious with good quality mod cons and a super comfortable bed. The area is quiet and not too far from the centre. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at S&D.
