“Very nice stay at the beach of Kampot”

We booked for seven nights. The location is very nice - a few steps across the road and you are already on the beach and can enjoy the view of the river. Especially the sunsets are wonderful. Lee and JP are great hosts, helpful and we got a map of Kampot right at the beginning and good tips on what to see. The food offered is very good. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner very much. Our room was small and could do with a small bedside table or two. It was neatly equipped with air conditioning and bathroom, sinks and mirrors are placed outside the bathroom, which I find quite practical. Borrowing a moped was also no problem. This can be organized directly at the accommodation. Which is good, because then the passport can be deposited with JP, which feels safer than handing it over to anyone. Unfortunately, depositing the passport as a security has become established in Kampot. I think that's an absolute absurdity, but apparently most tourists have no problem with just giving their only travel document to random people. However, we spent lovely days at the property as the days were very quiet and relaxed.

The hosts JP and Isabella were absolutely lovely. Couldn't do enough for me. Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice symmetrical layout, little huts outside with hammocks in, to lie in and listen to nature. Food available on site. Bike hire can be arranged and bought to your door.

JP and Isabelle were so lovely and welcoming from the very start of our stay. Helpful, friendly and made us feel like part of the Kampot family. I enjoyed sitting and talking with JP as if we were old friends. Super interesting guy and lovely family, would 10/10 recommend these guys for everything! Merci beaucoup!! Kian

“Very comfortable”

Beautiful place in front of the river with air-condition. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The owner and his wife are lovely and welcoming. They helped us with scooter rental and recommendations for activities. Very good value for money!!!

“Aussergewöhnlich”

JP, Isabell and their son are great 😀 I really loved it! The location is super and you can’t get a better sunset on the beach in Kampot. Sometimes they have barbecue on the beach. I will come back!

Ahhhh we can't thank JP and Isabelle enough. Fantastic hosts, making sure we have a good plan for the day and checking that we have taken adequate attire with for our adventure. It really felt like our home to with there relaxed vibe. Loved the fact that we had perfect view of the sunset with an ice cold beer. Sooo Goood!!! In our room BEST SHOWER!!! The aircon is a cherry on the top. We loved the fact that we weren't in the main part of town but could be by restaurants in 5min on a scooter, but to be honest the food that JP and Isebelle cook is outstanding. We really enjoyed pur time and they especially ade Kampot a place for us to remember. Thank you.

Perfect if you want a quiet, peaceful getaway. Great staff who are very accomodating. Beach right on your doorstep

“Amazing Stay!!”

Everything! This place is so lovely and definitely a hidden gem! You feel right at home as soon as you arrive! It's right on the beach and you have a perfect sunset every evening. Beds are comfy and the AC in the room is so nice! Cannot recommend this place enough!!
