Joffrey and Soriya are adorable people. We had a very pleasant stay at their home. You can rent a scooter from the guesthouse and go to the center of kampot in not even 10 minutes. They have food recommandations and tours as well. You can ask anything ! They know it all ;) There also is a laundry service (nice to know for backpackers) I recommend ! I was very nice to stay with them.

Spacious room in a family home. The room is clean and the bed is the most comfortable I slept on in Cambodia. The family is sweet and generous, made me feel at home, I rented an excellent and well-maintained motorbike from them

The room was nice, had a very big and comfy bed. The shower was working well, everything was clean. Both hosts are very friendly and the dogs and the old cat are a great bonus! The rental scooters from the accommodation are in good condition too. I can also recommend their laundry service! All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

Very clean room and bathroom, very friendly owners, cuuute dogs, free drinking water, good hot shower, kettle available. We rented a very good motorbike from them for $7. Location about 20min walk to the beautiful main area. Very quiet at night.

The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable! We had hot shower and the bathroom was very clean! The hosts are both nice and welcoming! They gave us good recommendations for breakfast and activities around Kampot & Kep! Would go again!

“Spend three nights there. Loved it’”
I spend three nights at La Maison de Soriya and enjoyed it a lot. If you are looking for a genuine homestay experience this is the place to go. The place is beautiful and Jeff is a perfect host. It was pouring down so I got to talk a lot with him and enjoyed being around his son and three dogs. Help yourself to a few beers in the garden bar and don’t miss out on Jeff’s breakfast. I could have stayed a lot longer and maybe I will some day.

“Comfortabele quiet homestay”
Nice relaxed and quiet place, comfortable & clean rooms. The host and his family are very friendly and helpful. 5 minutes by scooter (you can rent one there) to Kampot.

“Most enjoyable”
Very quiet and serene. Close to town and the river. Very obliging and hospitable hosts. Quiet A/C and a good mattress. No menu on site but snacks available and restaurants in walking distance. Nham 24 delivers from restaurants in town. Very secure and safe.
