“It’s way overpriced.”
I actually like the environment there, the place near the river is very peaceful and relaxing. The pickleball court is also a nice facility. But I feel it would be better if the resort guests could use it for free instead of paying like a normal rental court (RM70 per hour). Overall, I still think the villa is overpriced for what it offers, especially considering the condition and facilities.

airconditioned and hot shower available. we went to janda baik for JBU 2026 hence it is abit more crowded than usual. otherwise i think this place is a nice quiet serene resort

The location is very strategic!! Nearby my favourite restaurant Rumah Makan Riverside. The river is wide and clean, suitable for family with young kids. The facility is not bad, there is large pool and pickleballs court. The traditional house is magnificent!!

Location close to the river and resort got outdoor swimming pool. Near to mosque as you can hear prayers it’s so beautiful and peaceful especially when you are alone. Restaurant nearby served good local dishes.

“Interesting village setting!”
Beautiful Malay village setting, attractively unusual! A resort with a river in the front! The staff, especially Nurul and Ain were very helpful and friendly, also very accomodating. Our check in process was smooth with the help of a male staff, Anjong, to cart all our luggages to both our units located on a hill. Views were great from our balcony, which was a bonus. A fair bit of a climb up the hill to our units did not deter us! However there was a heavy rain and thunderstorm on one of our nights there. A siren alarm that went off at 4am, woke us up. Everyone was informed through a loudspeaker to vacate the area as the water level in the river had risen quickly. We went down to where our cars were parked so we could move both our cars to the higher ground, which we did. The next morning we were told that the siren alarm was a normal warning for the people who stayed very close to the river banks but was not meant for the guests at 101 Resort. We were also told that the alarm was set off by the local authorities for that region. Albeit, it was an incident we didn't expect to happen during our stay but we found it to be something out of the ordinary for us to experience. No fuss on our part. Our family enjoyed the 3 nights stay at this resort and would be happy to recommend this place to others. We would also be happy to go back there again!
