Very convenient and cozy. Perfect for family and facilities were perfect. As suite apartment it is in the perfect place and everything is nearby in Sunway area. It was smooth process to check in and check out. One complain due to lack of room service the rooms were a little smelly due to lack of regular. But rather than that it’s a perfect stay for a family of four.

“Excellent host, superb stay.”
The location of the Resort Suites was second to none. The host, Sharon, was superb, with clear instructions as to how to acquire keys and access card etc. She placed an Atari unit in her apartment to allow more activities for my children. The Suites are connected to Sunway Pyramid Hotel, Sunway Pyramid Mall, and Sunway Resorts Hotel. It was right next to Sunway Lagoon water park, with excellent views from the balcony. Superb all round experience.
