Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Shuttle services provided for places like Outlet. Staff were friendly and services provided was excellent. No long waits to get like extra towels or bedroom slippers. Love the availability of welcome drink and kids stamp collection for ice cream.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the whole family. The complimentaries were nice; macaroons and coffee. The complimentary evening hi tea was good too.

“Great for families with young / younger children.”
It had space. The rooms are decently big. There are signs of age but decently well kept. Public toilets clean which is a great sign. Gym was great, pools big enough coz this is a family hotel. If you have kids (toddlers to primary school kids) this is a fantastic place.
