From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warmth and consideration of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious, and the beautiful garden provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. On hot days, the swimming pool was a real treat. The airport shuttle service made my travel seamless, and the location could not have been better—just a short distance from Speke Resort, where the conference was taking place. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Clean and quiet area. Nice breakfast and fantastic staff.

No wardrobe in the room, no table and the location was far from the main road and the venue. No easy for some drivers to find. The room on the picture was different to the one offered on my stay.

The bed was comfortable and there was a decent shower. The place was clean and lovely inside. They allowed us to change dates even though it says not allowed. Despite these positives it was overall the least favourite place we stayed on our trip and very at odds with the rest of Uganda and the wonderful service and food we received.

The hotel is on top of the hill with the most panoramic view - and even nicer at night. The room was exquisite. Very big with a very comfortable bed. I treasured sitting on the balcony more. The breakfast was nice too. I wish the African tea could be improved though as other hotels around Kampala make it better with spices and not just a tea bag. Hendrix is a nice caretaker of the place.

This was a retreat I gave to my sister, cousin and their children. And they were all over the moon. I got good feedback from them about the place, and the staff too. It's a place I'd visit too with my family from the UK if I went back to visit Uganda. The breakfast was exceptionally good, I was told.
