Lights didn't work, sinks backed up, filthy scummy . TV not working, beds not comfortable...will never stay again. How can booking.com even offer this dive.

Rooms in poor condition. Several holes just plastered over and not repainted. Mildew in bathroom. Bed spring base in poor condition.

Staff were very helpful. Even upgraded us to a King when I realized I hadn't booked properly. We stayed 2 nights thanks to staff.

“Absolutely Disgusting and Completely Misleading”
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty, broken, old and neglected. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew, and the carpet in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I genuinely felt disgusted touching anything in the room, including the bed, shower and bathroom. The pictures on Booking are completely misleading and look nothing like the actual place. The worst part is that I paid basically the same price as another hotel I stayed at the next day, which was excellent. This place was a complete dump in comparison. I had no other option and had to stay the night, but I kept waking up feeling uncomfortable and grossed out by how filthy everything was. This place is absolutely unacceptable.

“Good luck”
I stayed here twice once on the way out to the Rockies and once on the way back and I told myself if it’s rough I’ll pay the extra and find somewhere else as the reviews were mixed and for the price I thought I would take the chance. The first time I stayed was absolutely fine, definitely tired and could do with a thorough clean but bang for your buck for a overnight stay that’s just breaking up the drive.. so I kept the second booking.

“Convenient and good value for money in short stay”
Location is fine - Price is reasonable - Environment is a bit messy but I guess it’s a motel so can’t complain much - Free breakfast at the reception from 7am - 9am (cereals, milk, hot beverages, waffles, yogurt)
