The room was spacious although quite basic in furnishing. Bed was very comfortable. The pre-dinner drinks and canapes were excellent - extensive range (beer, sake, liqours etc) that continued till late. Our package came with breakfast and dinner. Both were of good quality with a nice spread. It was a bit crowded with some tour groups around but overall, still pleasant.

Great location close to Kurodake Ropeway as well as the little village with restaurants. The bridge across the road from the hotel and surrounding had beautiful autumn foliage views. The lobby of the hotel is stunning with sophisticated design - it was definitely an impressive entry. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds comfortable Reception staff were helpful - the lady who checked us in (sorry I did not get her name she told me she is from Vietnam) was very friendly and spoke good English. Another gentleman even though he did not speak English had kindly done his best in helping me to check my booking at a restaurant in Sapporo. He called the restaurant and used a translation device to communicate with us and was very helpful. Response time of hotel before our arrival was also prompt and clear

Dinner, Breakfast, and a free Treat in the afternoon until the end of the day. The onsen was also great, with a nice view outdoors.

- Conveniently located to explore the national park. - Lots of amenities in the hotel, although we didn’t really get to enjoy all of them as we only stayed one night. The hotel lobby is a very nice place to hang out. - Free drinks and snacks in the lobby (including beer). - Traditional-style Japanese room with tatami, very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable (just not the pillows). Nice view on the river. - Lots of options for breakfast, although they are definitely more oriented towards Asian tourists. - Staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast&dinner Location (near Kurodake ropeway) Open air onsen

Very good location near Mt Kurodake ropeway. The hotel lobby looked nice and modern. There were free drinks, snacks and soft serve ice cream after 3 pm. The buffet dinner was super nice with various seafood such as snow crabs, different types and sashimi and sushi

The hotel is renovated inside (in the main wing) and is really smart. The room was simple, spacious and clean. The onsen is lovely. The food was great.

Hotel has a very wellcoming set up, lobby filled with many comfortable seats around , after check in there's wellcome foods and drinks , wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink, titbits and ice cream, best of all it's open till 10pm, so you can bring the free drink to dinner and sitting around at lobby after dinner. Dinner quality is very good. Room is spacious clean and new.

Very cool big Japanese style room. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and icecream in the evening. The fire in the lobby makes it very cozy.

Great buffet dinner and breakfast. The outdoor public bath is very nice. My room on top floor is clean and spacious. Free beverage bar is so great.

The location is beautiful. The hotel is nestled in a gorge. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a seating area. The hotel has nice baths, both indoor and outdoor. There is a large lobby with a fireplace and a welcome buffet with drinks and snacks to enjoy before the buffet dinner in the dining room. Close to the ropeway that takes you up the mountains with lovely views across the Daisetsuzan National Park.
