Mr. Koji and his wife were very nice, they picked us up from the station and also drove us there when we had to leave. They also provided breakfast and water/tea to drink throughout the stay. We stayed only one night, but it was pleasant and we felt welcome. We stayed in a Japanese style room, so sleeping on the floor in a futon - of course it's not the most comfortable thing in the world if you're not used to it, but we're gradually getting there. I highly appreciate that we had our own small bathroom.
