Very good location, not too far from the station but in a local neighbourhood, ac worked perfectly and rooms spotlessly clean. Very kind hosts as well. Couldn't recommend more

I had an excellent stay at Ano House. The staff were very kind and helpful from the beginning. I sent my luggage before check-in time and they kindly placed it in my room, which made my arrival very comfortable. They also allowed us to check in one hour earlier than scheduled, which I appreciated a lot. Even when I made a mistake while staying there, the staff remained very polite, patient, and understanding. Their professional and forgiving attitude made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Ano House is a very nice place to stay, with a warm atmosphere and great service. I am truly grateful for everything the staff did for me and I am sorry for any trouble I may have caused. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very clean and organised! The room was also very spacious, which surprised me. Place looks new, very fresh. One bathroom only, as they state, but you can also write on the board the time you plan to use it to improve communication and I found it great. Very easy to communicate via message, quick response. Recommended!

The staff was friendly and the location was good; close to Kamakura station but far enough so you don't have any of the crowds. The room is spacious and clean.

Nice place, the owner was nice and helped me carry my suitcase upstairs even though I didn't ask. The room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient The place was quiet. As a solo traveler it felt safe.

Very clean and quiet stay when I was there. Easy instructions to follow to access entry/exit of premises. Really enjoyed my time there at Ano House. Didn't use the kitchen that was available.

The whole house is quite clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind. The bed is soft and shower room is good. Very close to the 江之电 line and the beach.

The host was very welcoming, smiling and helpful. The house is very charming, very well located, you can do a lot of things on foot if you want. I felt very good during the stay, the room was very comfortable, the house was very clean with everything necessary available. The host was very clear in his explanations of the rules of the house.
