“Excellent Stay!”
- Very affordable - Very clean - Quiet neighborhood/building - The check-in/out instructions were clear and thorough - Well-stocked for cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc. - Surprisingly large bed for a one-person apartment - Strong AC (running it for five minutes would cool the room) - Great water pressure in the shower with no temperature fluctuations - On-site coin laundry - Four minutes from a train station on foot

“Very pleasant stay”
Had a super pleasant stay! The directions were very clear on how to get to the location and get inside the room. I didn’t have any trouble finding the location! The room was super clean and tidy! The bed was very comfortable and I would so overall the room felt spacious. You can easily walk from and to the station as it is only around 15-2mins away. There was a TV, wifi and AC!! Would highly recommend!

“A nice place to stay in Kamagaya”
- the location, it's just right near to the train station, combini and supermarket and also some restaurants. - the facility is really good, sufficient for a good stay, with stove top and utensil, fridge, TV, strong wifi, comfy bed, cleaning products, toiletries, including hair conditioner. - safe and private place with key access at the front main entrance. - clean and tidy reception area. - good communication with host.

“Good location, however, too small for 2 people”
The location of the hotel was great, being 3 minutes away from the station, and the supermarkets so close. Although it is quite far from the centre of Tokyo, 1hr away on the train. Unfortunately, we found the space far too small for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom had no ventilation, so towels were still wet in the morning if the bathroom door wasn't left open overnight. Overall, 1 or 2 nights here worked well, but I would not recommend for longer periods than that.

“Great for longer stays or anyone wanting space and convenience.”
This place is a solid pick if you're flying in from Narita — no transfers needed, just a short walk (around 5 minutes) from Kita-Hatsutomi Station or 15 minutes from the Shin-Kamagaya hub. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of amenities, and the kitchen setup is simple but has everything you need to cook basic meals. Bonus points for being really close to a konbini and a Big A supermarket — makes daily needs super convenient.

“Great budget place to stay!”
The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly and communicative. This is my new go-to place when I visit Chiba or Tokyo. Being so close to the train station is very convenient. I also love that the room/apartment is equipped with utensils for cooking and cleaning supplies so you can clean up if you have a longer stay.

“Convenient and affordable”
The hotel is very close to the train station, which makes traveling around very convenient. There is also a cute grocery shop nearby that had a great selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner! I went in winter, and never felt cold while in the room. The elevator was very handy for having a big suitcase.

“Comfortable stay”
Good value. It’s very accessible to Narita airport. I loved how quiet it was here, the studio was comfy with a comfy bed and having a little kitchen was a nice touch. Self-checkin was very clear and it was nice to have the laundry room right in front of my room. It’s in Chiba so it’s a better base if you want to be close to Narita airport rather than Tokyo center, but the train station was right next to this building and I could easily get to Tokyo center in an hour.

“Convenient and”
It was easy to find the location from Kita Hatutsomi station. Checking in was easy, as the host sent us the information beforehand. The spacious room had hot water and a cooking facility. The location is quiet and good for resting.

“Bad option to experience tokyos nightlife.”
If you don't intend on sampling Tokyos nightlife, then it's probably a good selection.The proximity to the train station was good. It was about 150 meters away.
