Very spacious and clean, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Beach, shops and tavernas all nearby. There was also a good bus service to Rethymno and Chania.

Everything was Perfect. The house was very clean and have Everything that you need, the neighbors have been friendly, it was quit located and everything you need is near the home. The house is big and we had a great time . The host was available around the clock, very friendly and accommodating and took great care of our well-being. Thank you very much, greetings from Germany

I think this is the best option in the area. The house is spacious and clean, and is located within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is large, modern, and has everything you need for proper meals at home. The home has a full size washer and dryer. The owner is friendly, he organized a transfer from the airport. A nice surprise was the cake and other treats the host left for us. I definitely recommend this house, come and you won’t regret it one bit.

“Great base for exploring Kalyves.”
The host was very responsive to messages and was very helpful. The location was great we were a 2 minutes walk to the centre of the town and 5 minutes from the beach. Lots of space. Loads of cupboards. Great fridge freezer, cooker and laundry facilities. Really well equipped kitchen. Great air conditioning. Honestly a great base for exploring Kalyves.

Great location. So close to the beach and all amenities. Lovely and spacious with washing machine, ironing board and even left soft drinks in the fridge. Thoughtful touch by the owner. Great host..very helpful.

“Mosquito ridden, uncomfortable, poorly equipped, no parking, wish I had not booked.”
The town of Kalyves is a decent base for a Crete holiday, with local fishmonger, butchers, bakers and many other real local shops and services in addition to the usual tourist facilities. Nine of the restaurants were particularly any good. The air conditioning worked.
