“Spoilt by noise”
The drive up to the hotel and village was great .We we’re booked in by a charming young lady who seemed to be Jack of all trades as later she was Waitrose and behind bar.Both are meals were good,I had Pork Steak and my wife had Wienesnitchel ..Guy serving the drinks could have been a bit more cheerful .

“We were in Kals for skiing and facilities offers everything we needed.”
The gasthof is visited also by locals and that is nice to see. Also sauna is quite nice

“Would never come back”
Receptionist was polite tried to help as as much as possible. By mistake we ordered 2 rooms so he managed to solve it. That's a good bit. But that's booking platform mistake. We travel with 6 years old kid( means 3rd person so they automatically added 2nd room for her)
