“Great place to stay!”

The place was super nice and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for a nice night sleep (super comfortable beds) and the host was super proactive with providing check in instructions. The spacious kitchen and rooms (disconnected from the bedroom) had everything we could have needed. The bathroom was stocked up with soaps and had very nice water pressure; and even had a washing machine. The kitchen was also very nice. It was fully furnished and even had a dishwasher and some tea bags. We also got to meet the super friendly cat in the morning ☺️ Lovely stay!

Nice, modern and spacious apartment, in a large villa, situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded only by beautiful houses, lots of green spaces, and close to the forest and cycling / running tracks. Everything is clean and tidy in the house and outside in the garden surrounding the villa (where is also a space with tables and chairs if you want to stay outside and relax).

A nice flat. Easy way to get into the flat. Nice and clean. Comfortable.

Nice and clean apartment in villa area. Bed sheets were provided but bedmaking were for the guests to do themselves. Main issue was the location. While it is advertised as "cozy apartments in Kalmar centre", it was in fact located more than 30 minutes walk from the centre. Very inconvenient for someone without a car.

“Cottage is very cute, but don't expect privacy”

The little house in the garden is very cute and cozy. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a couple of cups and glasses, disposable tableware, and a fridge. Shower and toilet is in the main building. It's not very comfortable to go there in the evening. Wi-Fi in the cottage is available, but the signal is not strong. A huge plus of the cottage is the veranda and easy access to nature. It is very pleasant to walk barefoot, drink a tea in the open air. The area is quiet, birds sing. There is a large shopping mall nearby. 40 minutes’ walk to the old center.

Nice Villa and new interior - very comfortable. This area is area that I have lived and had a house when I lived in Kalmar during 1994-2012. Cosy and attractive area as well. Feeling like at home - to my hometown :-)
