The location was fantastic for exploring Kalmarsundsparken and visiting the Kalmar castle. The hosts provided bicycles which were perfect for exploring the city. The location is very close to the Baltic Sea.

Great location! Very quiet and a lovely view on a fine day! Apartment has many amenities and is very obvious that the hosts have their guests' comfort in mind. Food shop is nearby. Kitchen is well- equipped. Private parking was provided as well. Highly recommended 😊🇨🇭

Very nice welcome, the owners are very friendly. Absolutely amazing location, 5 minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes to the Kalmar castle, 1500m to the city center. There is a nice sea - walk so that you can enjoy the nature. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself was very clean, all the necessary stuff for the stay was there. We spent there 4 days, however can imagine the longer stay w/o problem. Bike rentals in the near location or the owners are able to provide some older bikes. If needed grill is also provided. There is a possibility to site before the apartment on the nice chair to spent the lovely evenings and enjoy the view to the garden. Apartment is located next to the owners house, parking is provided next to the apartment. The doors are opened with a code, so no need to carry the keys with you. The booking process was smooth, all instructions were sent in advance.
