“This very nice apartment was a great place to stay for our first visit to Malta”

The apartment felt spacious and was clean. The views from the apartment across the harbour towards the Birgu fortress were magnificent. The Kalkara neighbourhood felt safe, quiet and uncrowded both daytime and evening. The street parking for our rental car was excellent, always found spaces within 50 metres. The apartment felt well located for visitors who want to self-drive around the island whilst staying within the city. It is in easy walking distance of museums and castles, and for the ferries over to Valletta.

Great location with the view on port and sea. Apartment is big and clean, great for families. The owner is very nice and supportive. We had no issues with check-in and out nor with the apartment itself. All the information and instructions were very clear so we've had no doubts. All the necessities and utensils were available as well.

Beautiful modern apartment with all the ammenities you need. Great views, perfect location to walk everywhere including Valetta with a quick boat ride across the water. The host, Christian was prompt to answer all questions. So very helpful and beautiful treats with wine, water etc, was just lovely. The perfect place to enjoy an amazing holiday in Malta.

A really pleasant stay on the opposite side of the grand harbour to Valetta - just as historic but more quiet. A great apartment for a family - plenty of space and two bathrooms. 100metres down the road was a superb small shop and bakery with a great variety of cakes. There was also a little take-away. Really good value, the curried pea pastries were brilliant and only 50 cents.

“Excellent property”

The location is excellent...with the view of the harbour, plenty of parking, if raining can go to the science centre which is just 2 min away. 7 min to Birgu,and ferry terminal to Valletta... location is just so central to all main points of interest. Apartment is so spacious, super comfy beds,AC which can also be used as heating during winter, everything you need in the flat ... dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, iron, hairdryer, towels, even dish soap, dishwasher capsules. Plus lovely balcony to enjoy sunny mornings. It was very easy to get property keys at midnight when we arrived. Owner replied to messages almost instantly. Lift was a bonus. Lovely touch of bottle of wine and biscuits from owner- really appreciated.

Great stay! We booked the apartment for a week. The location was excellent, just a 20‑minute drive from Valletta. The apartment was spacious, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the building also had a lift. Communication with the host was excellent, and there were plenty of public parking options close to the property. We would happily book again.

The location of this apartment was excellent as you have wonderful view of Birgu and parts of Valletta. During August we had fireworks every evening for religious celebration and also anniversary of the convoy of ships that saved Malta during the war. It is an easy walk over to Birgu where the restaurants are. You can also walk to the ferry to go the Valletta I recommend taking the traditional ferry as they take 6 and a lots of fun. The apartment itself is very spacious and has all you need for cooking and also has a laundry with washer and dryer which is very handy. Whilst there are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilet the second bathroom is very small and the shower is handheld rather than attached to the wall which can be inconvenient. You walk through the shower to get to the laundry which is a bit quirky. There are a few local restaurants close by and the host can advise which to visit. The host was very responsive and helped with any issues we had. He will also attend to the maintenance issues that we had highlighted.

It was the best choice ever!I The host was friendly,kind and ready to answer whatever we asked in minutes! The location was great in front of the harbour,quite and the bus station was almost in front of us! The bus was passing every 25 minutes! what i loved the most was the view balcony,where there were available comfortable chaise lounges and we could drink our wine after a long tiring day!Thank you Christian for this unforgettable experience!Thank you for all!
