“Quiet, chill romantic”

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect location, away from the nightlife and in a small but beautiful village. People here are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located up in a quiet road. Valentina is the hotel owner and welcomed us very warmly. Each day she made us very delicious breakfast and with care. The hotel is very clean and modern with lovely flowers and art around it, If you are someone who likes nature this is the place for you, there are beautiful beaches around and easily accessible by car, It’s best to have a car so you can drive to and from places easily as this is location is about 10 minutes drive to Ksamil. Beautiful hotel and location, amazing and breathtaking sunsets 10/10 recommended😊🌅

“Probably a good place to go with kids and a car”

The view over the lake is good, the room is clean and spacious and the shower pressure is good. Staff are helpful. Nearby restaurants are good and affordable.

We had such a great stay! The villa was spotless, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful area. Breakfast was delicious, and Valerina even cooked dinner for us one evening – all organic and absolutely perfect. The location was amazing for us – we could walk to several beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. It’s uphill coming back, which can be a bit of a challenge, but totally worth it for the views. Surrounded by sea, mountains, and a lake – stunning! And with a car, it's just a few minutes to Ksamil or Sarandë.

This Villa became our home for almost two weeks! And it really felt like home, so familiar and cozy, friendly and chilling atmosphere! It was our first experience in Albania and of course not the last, due to the most hospitable and friendly personnel♥️ A big thank goes to the most wonderful host, Aida and her beautiful family♥️ Our amazing Chef Anna, who served us such delicious breakfasts and dinner, I ate the most delicious chicken soup ever there♥️ Diana, so kind and pleasant, who took care of our room♥️

“Lovely Hotel Experience, Clean, Friendly, and Comfortable”

The hotel had very good construction quality, the beds were comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was nice. I especially appreciated that they prepared gluten-free pancakes suitable for my allergy. It was also a nice touch that they cleaned the room every day. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were also pleased to learn that the hotel is a women-led initiative. Ksamil is 5 to 10 minutes away and there are plenty of private beaches. General info: The hotel is located on a hill along the road from Saranda to Ksamil. It might be difficult to reach without a car. Also, Google Maps doesn’t show the exact address, so it's important to be careful.

As someone with experience in the hotel industry, I can confidently say this place is a true gem—especially for those who love discovering wild, unspoiled beaches. We initially booked just one night, but within only 30 minutes of arriving, we knew we had to stay longer—and extended our stay immediately. The facilities are excellent, the prices more than fair, and the breakfast is a true local delight, featuring fresh options like homemade pomegranate juice. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the whole place gave off a warm, welcoming energy. Best of all, it’s located directly across from a beach that has been awarded the title of “Bluest Beach in the World”—and it absolutely lives up to the name. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authenticity, beauty, and comfort all in one place.

The building was modern and brand new and we had a very comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The sea view was really gorgeous, and we loved to sit on the balcony to admire it. The service was excellent: our hostess was very kind and attentive and made delicious and extensive breakfast, including delicious freshly cooked traditional dishes.

Writing a review for this accommodation was actually quite challenging. The hotel is stylish and visually appealing, having recently undergone renovations, and is fairly high-standard compared to the local options. However, on closer inspection, there are several things that fall short. Room: Starting with the room, there’s hardly any space to store things. There’s no wardrobe, only a hanger, so if you need to unpack, you have to use the table, which also serves as a place for toiletries—another issue. Bathroom: In the bathroom, there’s no hook or shelf, so you either leave your things on the floor or on the table in the room. The bathroom floor looks beautiful, but after a shower, it’s soaked all the way to the door, as the shower area has practically no screen. The floor is so slippery it feels like stepping onto an ice rink. A similar issue occurs on the balcony, which becomes outright hazardous when it rains. Balcony: The balcony light can’t be controlled manually—if it’s on (controlled by the owner), it stays on all night, forcing you to keep the curtains drawn. The constant night lighting on the balcony also means each morning you’re greeted by a pile of dead insects outside. From afar, it all looks stylish and a bit otherworldly in this area, but it’s not particularly practical. Breakfast: The much-praised breakfast isn’t all that impressive; the selection isn’t as large as expected. Every morning, you can choose from fried pastries, eggs, sausages, two kinds of cake, baguette, melon, and muesli. It was also rather surprising to find leftover food from breakfast still sitting out until night. Given that the dining area is in a glass-walled cube without air conditioning, this doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in the food hygiene. Surroundings: Be prepared—there’s not much nearby, maybe some cows and goats. We were ready for that, so the location itself isn’t a negative for us.
