A beautiful little cabin with everything thought out. Decorating was lovely, good heater, lots of hooks, comfy beds, good kitchen... perfection.

Standard, nice accommodation, singing birds around. Prompt and friendly online communication with owner. Two nights spent there were very nice.

Nice guesthouse with everything we needed to cook our meals. It was clean. The location is fine but you have to plan your groceries because there is nothing around.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Location (30min to glacier hike and approx. 1 hour to the Diamond beach, 2 min from the main road. Quiet location. Nice,warm, a lot of kitchen utilities, towels... I mean realisticly everything what you need for a nice stay

“Lovely place”

Loved the room! It was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The little kitchen had literally EVERYTHING you may need, so well thought out which made our stay even more enjoyable. Easy parking by the premise.

“Quiet and homey cabins with lovely views”

The staff were responsive to all my questions and were gracious in letting us stay well past check out time when there was a snow storm that closed all the roads in and out.

We had an amazing stay! The studio was very comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were nice and friendly, and communication was excellent throughout.

Very clean, looked after and great location

We had a wonderful stay at Lækjaborgir Guesthouse near the Vatnajökull area! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is peaceful and perfect for exploring the stunning Icelandic nature nearby. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 💛

“Cosy little cabin, great location”

Lovely little cabin, perfect for the two of us and nicely equipped. Convenient self check in and out, but hosts responsive to messages, so we still felt welcomed. The cabin was very warm and snug, despite the -10 degrees temps. Located just off the ring road, perfect for our glacier hike and a great view of the aurora from the cabin. We only stayed one night, would have liked more!

“Wonderful and calm Tiny Houses close to the ring road”

Wonderful tiny houses in a very calm location, but still very close to the ring road. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and decorated in a lovely way; very cosy and comfortable. As I arrived in the dark, I only realised how beautiful the surroundings were on the next morning...

This property is amazing, I highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the glacier area. Views were spectacular, perfect location for aurora observation. The property has everything you might need, all the kitchen utensils with coffee and tea :) The owners are super responsive, everything was seamless. I would definitely come back here if I was to visit Iceland again.
