Overview
Overloooking the bay of Kouloura, Kalami Beach - Villa Kouloura features a round pool and a pergola with outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ. It is within proximity of the resorts of Kouloura and Kalami and offers free WiFi throughout. Divided into 2 sections, the main part of the property has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with breakfast room and living area, whilst the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are accessed separately across a covered courtyard. Facilities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, washing machine and dishwasher. The town of Kassiopi is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport is 30 km away, while Corfu Port is at 25 km. Free private parking is available.

The villa is on a hillside overlooking the waters between Corfu and Albania. The views are stunning. The external areas of the villa are extensive, the pool is large and there are lots of different areas to sit and eat, have a BBQ or just sunbath and enjoy the peace and the views. Approx 5 min walk down one side of the hill leads to a quiet, pretty beach and Kouloura Taverna, a 10 min walk down the other side leads to Kalami and it's Tavernas, supermarkets and a busier beach with watersports. The location would be hard to beat. .

“Incredible views.”
The view is absolutely breathtaking: photos can't do it justice. Even our (local) taxi driver was blown away and took photos. The pool is huge and there's plenty of spots in sun or shade throughout the day. It's a short walk to both Kouloura (by road) or Kalami (there's a short cut down some steps). There was a very generous welcome basket on arrival. It's the best villa we've ever stayed in.

Great hosts, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and location, staggering views across the strait to Albania. Thanasis and Chistobel go to great lengths to ensure your stay is enjoyable and stress free and I could not recommend this property higher.

Thanasis was really helpful before we arrived and when we were there, he is a very welcoming and friendly host. Views from this property are stunning, even better than shown on in the photos. The large terrace with different seating areas really makes the most of these views - it was hard to tear ourselves away! The villa is in a superb location, within walking distance of Kalami with several restaurants and 2 supermarkets, also the beautiful bay with Kouloura Taverna. This is a great place to escape and unwind.
