“Kiilosselan Porpirtty, Kakslautanen, very great!”

When we arrived both of the owners came to give us a warm welcome and a big hug. Very friendly people. The hostess showed us where we could find, in the main bulding, the toilet, fridge, the sitting room with fireplace, the shower and the sauna and their kitchen. She said we could us everything of them. The cottage itself is small and cosy, no toilet, no water, but a coffeemachine, watercooker, and cans filled in with clean drinking water to make coffee ir thea. There are some cups to drink out. For the toilet, shower, sauna, fridge and sitting room you have to go to the main builing, only 10m away. The cabin has a littke table and only 1 chair. You can sit there oryou can sit in the sitting room with fireplace in the main building. All was very clean. The beds has clean bedsupply. The environment is very quiet, we liked the silentness. There us a good restaurant, ca 10 min. drive. Sometimes wild reindeers will visit there, it was a former reindeer farm. It should be a great place to see the Northern light. But at the time we were there the sky was heavily clouded, do we didn't see any Aurora.

“Incredible log cottage in one of the best locations in Lapland”

I had a really amazing time at this little log cottage which is located in the forest, covered completely in snow in winter time. The nearest bus stop is located just 100 meters away and Kakslauttanen is only 1,8 km far. Anu-Riita, Aimo and the rest of the family were the most wonderful and caring hosts i have ever met, showing what real hospitality means. I can only be grateful to them for making my experience in Lapland absolutely fantastic.

“Nice place for our one Night stay”

For 4 adults and 2 dogs the situation and surroundings were excellent. Everything was clean, sauna was good and the master of the House was very kind. Atmosphere was cosy.
