Overview
Surrounded by nature, these cottages are just off Finnish National Road 6, a 15-minute drive from Kajaani. Each features free Wi-Fi, along with a private sauna, full kitchen and garden-view terrace. A fireplace, TV and DVD player are provided in each living at Lomaperkkiö Cottages. All have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A rowing boat can be borrowed for free. Guests can also enjoy a communal BBQ hut and bookable waterfront sauna. LomaPerkkiö staff arranges fishing licenses and guides for fishing trips. Perkkiölampi Pond, 150 metres from the cottages, has a swimming beach and jetty. Vuokatti Ski Resort is 21 km away. Other area activities include cross-country skiing, sledging and hiking.

We spent a few days at this lovely lakeside cottage and had an absolutely amazing experience. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Sipping morning coffee on the terrace with a lake view felt like a dream! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and authentic retreat in the heart of Finnish nature!

Clean & nice cabin with a good floorplan. Got also the permission to charge an electric car from the outdoor schuko socket which was nice, even though naturally very slow.

It’s somewhat out of the way location but we didn’t mind that as we wanted to enjoy a lakeside holiday away from the crowds. The building and its outhouses is clean and generally well equipped.
