“Great stay at AZ Guest House in Kaizuka”
I stayed at AZ Guest House in Kaizuka and had a very good experience. The house has a charming traditional Japanese style — simple but cozy — and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s easy to reach from the subway station, and the heating works well, making it pleasant even on colder days. I recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese-style accommodation at a good price!

Very close to KIX airport, and in a really lovely residential area! Wish we could have explored more! Also we liked the spacing. Very comfy beds.

“I guess it is good for budget traveller who wants to keep a tight travel spending.”
Considering this was a night stay check Is value for money as I like the location as is not that far from Kansai airport.

The amenities provided were nice to have. I liked having the towels, toothbrush set, and slippers on arrival. I especially appreciated the electric heating pad for the cold night. The access to the property was easy to find and there are a few conbini not far away. There is a laundromat nearby that would be useful for longer stays.

“Great value simple rooms”
Very comfortable and clean rooms, simple but equipped with anything you might need. The self check-in process is simple, and the value for money is great! Shower and bathroom are shared, but look very new. Right next to an excellent coin laundry open 24/7 and a couple convenience stores!

“Perfect ryokan experience”
Beautiful Traditional overnight stay. Handy quiet location. Comfortable, thoughtful amenities. We were only staying overnight however could have easily stayed a few days.

Stayed here overnight in March this year. The place is clean, spacious and comes with basic utensils in the kitchen. The checkin was smooth and we had a pleasant stay here. The place is at a walkable distance from KIX airport. Highly recommend this place.

I booked the property because its near the Kansai Airport. The location was perfect, near the station and i’m able to go to the airport in time. Its in small town and the environment was quite charming. The house was spacious and i able to move around freely

“The ideal place to rest after arriving in Osaka”
The room was located in a calm neighbourhood and there were many services nearby, such as a laundromat and convenience stores. The location was at walking distance from the nearby train station, requiring a single cross-walk to be reached. Overall, this is a great spot for people looking for a group stay on their first nights after arriving in Kansai International Airport, due to the short train trip required to reach the room.
