Perfect communication. Detailed and translated instructions of how to get there and how to use the various devices. Very clean and fully equipped apartment for a comfortable stay close to the center. There are many interesting restaurants in walking distance. Google map is very useful for identifying them and get directions.

A lovely, spacious apartment with all of the amenities you would need. Modern and clean space. The bath in this apartment was great too after a long day of walking exploring Kagoshima and Sakurijima. The location was good only a short walk into the centre. Check in and check out was very easy and seamless. We enjoyed our stay here.

“It was a comfortable apartment!”
It was close to Tenmokan shopping area. U can find many small cafes n convenience stores nearby. The apartment was clean n had everything we needed. Its like home away from home. Although no parking was provided but there’s many public parking nearby.

“Amazing”
My stay at Sign Palace was amazing!! It is very convenient for the location (10 minutes walking to city centre), easy to access (a code will be provided, no risk to loose the keys), modern inside, spacious and super clean. The apartment I was staying (206) came with two very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, all the material to clean the space (including a vacuum), towels and toiletries. Air conditioning, TV and great wifi are also provided. I stayed 10 days and the owner kindly offer cleaning service.
