Location was literally right in the main street. Staff were lovely and rooms were good size for Japan. Would stay again purely for location alone.

Located in the best area of downtown Kagoshima for nightlife and shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

“Hotel smack in middle of city”
Location is very good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Affiliated parking available round the corner from hotel at 1000 yen per night. Check with hotel re location.

“Perfect.”
The staff was so kind and always available to help. They became my tour guides and suggested many restaurants and shops to visit. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many restaurants, shops, a supermarket, a bus stop to the airport, a ferry terminal, an aquarium, and the main road of the city. It was very convenient and made it easy to get anywhere

The hotel staff is excellent in service , very caring and considerate. My mother is a wheel chair user, and the room assigned was quite small. I told him our difficulties and he helped us to upgrade to a bigger room free of charge.Thank you very much! We appreciated.
