“Very good place to stay and acces to everything 👌”
Fast and clear checkin 👌 The acces is insanely easy, if you came with the bus from the airport, you have the bus station just in front of the hotel (to arrived and to go, same place) Very good for 3 people and 3 keys given, when you are just in the city it's soo good 🙏

Location. Location. Location. Also staff service is impressive. While they couldn’t make restaurant reservations for us prior to our check in, they kept note of our request and raised that when we checked in and asked whether we still need help. Appreciate that follow up a lot despite it was golden week and we couldn’t make a reservation after all.

“Worth the money considering the location, but could be better on Wi-Fi and noise control.”
Location is great, close to the Tram system and local streets. It is about a 15-20 minutes riding the Tram to the Kagoshima Chuo station (or about 1500 yen taxi ride at the same 15-20 minutes ride), then you can take Kyushu Shinkansen to Kumamoto(~60 minutes), Hakata(~90 minutes), or Sengan-en(~7 min ride via JR). Or you can take the Tram to Aquarim and get on the ferry to Sakurajima Island. The staff is nice and he/she did response my request of room arrangement.

“Comfortable Stay in Kagoshima”
Our room was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was large in comparison to other hotels, and we were able to relax and feel at home. There was a possibility to wash our clothes. Good value for money. Frontdesk staff on the first day seemed to be in a bad mood, but on the second day they were friendly and helpful. The other staff in the hotel was very friendly, especially the cleaning team.
