“Best B&B in Netherlands”

Firstly the host Ron is the best I’ve come across. Communication is exceptional. Nothing is too much. Really makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive! The property is stunning and the facilities you have. It’s 3 mins from Eftiling and 5 mins from the beautiful National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen highly recommend a visit.

We had a fabulous stay. The amazing service started before we even arrived when Ron sent a couple of helpful videos on finding the location and showing where to park. On arrival we went straight to our beautiful room that was all open and ready for us. We had dinner both nights at De Molen opposite which was also delicious. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety and you could tell the thought and care that had gone into preparation and presentation. You couldn’t ask for a better host, Ron was on hand for anything we needed - we would definitely return.

“Brilliant location and fabulous hosts!”

Great family room with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was fantastic and varied each day with some little Easter extras. The location of the property was brilliant for us visiting Efteling and the journey from Schiphol to the property was straight forward by public transport. Ron was a great host and really helpful and attentive. He even drove us to Efteling on the 2 days we were visiting the theme park.

Owner was very friendly, accommodating and professional. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“Fantastic B&B”

Absolutely phenomenal B&B! Ron, the owner, is the nicest person and made our stay wonderful. He allowed us to park at the property while at Efteling for the day, and even gave us a ride to the park. The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable, shower was great, and the breakfast was incredible. A great place for families, too. One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever been to—we highly recommend!

“Restful peaceful stay near Efteling”

This was such a wonderful stay. If we could rate it more than 10 we would. Ron is a very generous caring host with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and was also tailored to our 4 year old. The room has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. We were offered a lift to Efteling and also a chance to get our laundry done which felt amazing after a few days travelling.

We had a wonderful stay! The room and décor were beautiful, everywhere was spotless, and the area itself was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The host went above and beyond for my partner’s 30th with a card, banners, balloons, and wine — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel really special. Nothing was too much trouble and we’ll definitely be back!

“Exceptional & outstanding value”

From the moment we were greeted by Ron until the time we (sadly) had to leave was exceptional. The breakfasts were outstanding. I felt truly spoilt. Very, very clean rooms. The whole stay was incredible. Highly recommend. Our group was 2 adults, 1x 10yr old and 1x 5yr old. Literally 5 mins to Efetling. Thanks again, we will not forget our time with you. My son calls it a dream house.

“Perfect stay when travelling to Efteling!”

We had such a wonderful stay here – everything was just perfect! The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a lovely private terrace where we could relax. We especially loved the delicious coffee and the amazing breakfast! The location couldn’t be better either – just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to Efteling. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the amazing hosts, Ron and Sandra. Ron kindly offered to drive us to the park two days in a row, and on the day we left, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us – such a thoughtful gesture. The sweetest surprise was when they found out it was our son's birthday and gave him a present – we were so moved by their thoughtfulness! Thank you so much, Ron and Sandra, for your generosity and warm hospitality. It was truly a pleasure staying at your place. If we ever return to Efteling, you will definitely be our first choice! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Ron's B&B. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Efteling amusement park (reachable by bus, just 1 bus stop away), making it super convenient for us. The room was beautifully decorated, very spaciosus and suitable for families wirh children, The beds were incredibly comfortable, .The breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality from the owner. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We both felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this B&B for families visiting the area!

First of all to complement Ron, he was an excellent host, nothing was too much for him, he was a pleasure to be around. The room was spotless and large, the bunk beds were brilliant for the kids and the private courtyard was lovely. Breakfast was brilliant, catered for the kids, different options each day, plenty of good food. Efteling was a short car/bus journey away so perfect location.

Very good breakfast. The room was very comfortable and even had a lovely secuded sunny terrace. There was free beer and soft drinks and tea and coffee. The owner was very helpful and drove us to the Efteling each morning The Efeling was around a 15-20 mins walk. We also walked from the property to the sand dunes, which was lovely. Thanks a lot! If we are in the area again, we will come back.

Where to even start. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. And that's including the amazing host from start to finish, going above and beyond with everything. I don't think you will find better host anywhere, and that's true and honest opinion. It felt like staying with an extended family. Accommodation looked great on pictures but even better feel in real. Spacious room, very clean, very comfy beds, towels and some toiletries provided. Great breakfast. Efteling park walking distance, or you can take a short bus ride, restaurants round the corner. Very quiet location with private seating area outside. I honestly couldn't recommend this B&B and the host enough. I am glad I made the decision of booking it. The best choice ever.

Our lovely dedicated host ensured we had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kaatsheuvel. The peaceful room was spotlessly clean with welcoming and cosy décor, great light and temperature control, access to a fridge and kitchen sink. The trampoline in the garden was a welcome surprise, greatly appreciated by the kids who hardly stopped bouncing. Our host provided a decadent feast of a breakfast, a real holiday treat, setting us up for the day ahead. We wished we were staying a few days longer.

“Worth the Stay”

All is very well kept and clean. Room was big and Bett's very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Ron even offerred us a ride to Efteling (approximately 15min by foot). Breakfast was lovely. Would very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.
