A really nice and well equiped apartment in a fantastic location on the lake. The Green Loop walking route goes right past, so it's easy to explore the area on foot, and there's a handy supermarket a few minutes away.

“An absolutely recommendable apartment”

We particularly liked the location and amenities. The train station, buses, city center, supermarket, and lake were all within a 10-minute walk. The accommodation was perfectly equipped. The large kitchen had everything you need, including all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as coffee, spices, and tea. The bathroom had a sauna, which we enjoyed using. For breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed the glass-enclosed balcony with a view of the trees and the nearby lake. The beds were very comfortable. As an athlete and participant in the European Marathon Championships, it was the perfect accommodation, just 7 minutes from the start. Henri was always available to answer our questions and always answered them quickly and reliably. The accommodation is highly recommended in every respect.

“magnificent apartment”

The best apartment in this city. I am a frequent traveler and I recommend this place. The bed was super comfortable, it was very clean, the parking was a plus, and communication was fluid and clear.

“A comfortable accomodation in Lutakko”

I travelled for work and spent nearly a month in this place. I appreciated the comfort (sofas, bed, shower) and the quietness of the place, really what I needed after getting back home from work or working from home!

The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also the nearby lake offer a chance to relax.

Very modern, clean, compact apartment with good, fast sauna. Views over the lake from the balcony. Paid parking a short walk away (inform the owner to reserve a space), but ability to park immediately outside for a short period to unload. A small restaurant nearby for quick food or a short walk (10 mins) into the town centre. Was good for an overnight stay with two kids, but for longer stays would be better suited for a couple. Good location to base out of for exploring the area and town.

“Really enjoyed the stay”

I visited from Japan as a spectator of WRC. The apartment was close by the service park and gave me great access to the events including SSS. Station and downtown are in the walking distance, so I think it's a good location to stay. The room basically has everything, so we were able to enjoy the stay. Parking space was challenging that there is only one parking space in front of the apartment. However, a public parking facility is very close by so it shouldn't be a problem at the end.

The apartment is well furnished, clean and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pretty big. The position is great to have a nice walk on the lake that is visible from the balcony. The host was sending precise information upfront and we had no issue to get in and leave the apartment. Even if we did not use it, the Sauna is for sure a plus for people fond of it and it appeared very clean as well. We enjoyed our stay and I would warmly recommend to book this apartment if you're in town.
