We liked our family room very much. There was enough space for a family with 2 children. The breakfast was very good. We spent only one night here and we would like to come back again.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were comfortable , maybe a little old fashion in style. Sadly the Sauna area was under construction. Staff was very friendly and helpfull :)

“Relaxing, delicious, quiet, invigorating stay.”
We loved the beautiful smiles we got during our whole stay: Front desk, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, everybody made us feel so welcome. The hotel and room were spotless. The breakfast was delicious! I need to mention the staff of Frans & Sandra bistro, especially Mrs Kirssi, she made our restaurant experience fantastic. My son can be a picky eater, but he loved the food, and so did my husband and me. In our future travels from Joensuu to Tampere, we will make sure we are hungry around Jyväskylä! The hotel is perfectly located, everything is in walking distance.

Right next to the train/bus station. 2min walk from the city centre. Room is good normal hotel room. Quiet and nice place. Staff is very very nice!! Breakfast A+
