There was some painting work on duty. No really nice when you use the restaurant.

“Muito bom!”
The cleaning service was outstanding, with fresh towels, soaps, etc every single day. Our daughters stuffed animals were even arranged nicely on the bed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

“The hotel is OK. Considering the rate, it should be better.”
We could not use the swimming pool because it was closed. We know it can happens, however, one of thee reasons for booking this hotel was the availability of swimming pool. Beside that we were not previouslly notified about that, and also we were charged a full rate anyway.
