“Clean friendly hotel”

The property was very clean and tidy. We were pleased with the restaurant downstairs. Clean bedding towels etc

“Ok but not sure I would go their again”

The property was ok. The first room allocated had issues with the bathroom so requested to change the room. It took a few hours to relocate to another room. The reception staff didn’t seem too happy.

Hospitality, the receptionist Yamnik even lent his umbrella.

I fully enjoyed my stay at the Byke Suraj as we got upgraded to a better rooms . Thanks to Yogesh Patil and Purushottam . Everyone were brilliant even housekeeping staff were amazing as our rooms were kept clean all day long. Thank you once again.

“Professional but ruthless”

The hotel reservation staff was polished with good english. But, very professional and dismissive of requests made by us. We asked if it is possible to not loose all the money when we are not checking in. Although I understand, they have a right to deny, but usually Hotels do consider their guests requests. I can simply say that they were both professional and ruthless in making money.

“Not Pleasant”

There re Quite A few Points I was with my extended family and we booked 6 Rooms 1} The Hotel Located Just opposite a Dump 2} The Hotel Was Completely Under Staffed, Same Person Was the Bell Boy, Room Service, At the restaurant. This affected the Service 3} The Rooms were not Prepared for stay at All, Jut they Handed Over the Keys 4} There was No Towels, Toiletry, Bottles of Water in 4 out of 6 Rooms we were given 5} The Bed Sheets in One Room had Blood Stains 6} The Windows in all the rooms opened to a Mall which was Noise and non of the windows locks closed so all of them remained open 7} The Front Desk Guy was completely unresponsive and did not even care when we complained above the above problems, After Many Requests he gave us 2 rooms which were habitable and for the rest he gave us a Cleaning lady and told us that you can get the rooms Cleland, This is the best he can do.
