Everything was good during my stay, except for my experience at check-out with the employee named Rikita. Her attitude was provocative and unprofessional, and she also interfered with my privacy, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. This behavior left a negative impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management pays attention to this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
