“Overrated hotel”
Quiet location, river and forest nearby. Large area. Beautiful view from some rooms. Many dishes are offered for breakfast. Big room. Comfortable beds. Saunas and pool area are small but quite good.

“In 5 days booked I stayed only 4, two of which I spent in the refrigerator and I was moved 4 times.”
We booked a hotel from Dec23-28, but left on the 27.We arrived and were given room 315,which had not been cleaned.We returned to the reception and were changed to room 317.When we checked in on Dec23,we noticed that the room was cold,but we thought it was because the room had been unoccupied for a long time.On Dec24,on Christmas Eve, it was already -4 outside the window, and 17 degrees in the room,and when we told the maid that we were cold,she said that she would inform the reception about it,but it is unlikely that anyone will solve the problem today,because everyone has already gone to celebrate.On the Dec25, the temperature outside dropped to -10 outside and somewhere to 15 in the room.We were already wearing jackets when the technician came, did something with the air conditioner, said that everything was working and left.We waited another four hours.We have a one-year-old child with us and he was very cold and was constantly crying.We called the technician again and he said that the air conditioner was completely broken and we would have to move to another room.We waited another hour until he went to fix this issue,but no one ever called, so I went to fix this issue myself.We were very cold and exhausted from the child's constant crying and already wanted to take the money and go home.at the reception we were persuaded not to go and were offered a warm room from the better category.Dec27, unexpectedly as soon as we put our son to sleep,at 11:45 we received a call from the reception and said that we had to leave room immediately, we had 15 minutes. I tried to ask why we had to leave, because we still had a day, for which I was told that I had paid for a lower category room. But the hotel itself offered us compensation! In addition, we were not warned that we were here temporarily, we would not have put our things away. We left the hotel without any apologies from the staff. They didn’t even say “goodbye”.

The hotel is a perfect choice for families looking to relax. The spacious room, dining hall, playground, pool, small indoor play area, and game room, along with being just a 2-minute walk from the river, all contributed to a wonderful vacation. Having all the attractions so close together made the stay especially calm and easy with kids. The room was large and comfortable, and while not particularly stylish in design, it still felt very pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide and tasty selection, and dinner included an impressive variety of dishes to choose from.

“A Truely Memorable Experiance”
Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Resort. Staff was very helpful and supportive, outdoor activities to spend time with family, comfortable bed, and nice clean rooms, prompt room service - our bathroom sink was clogged but it was fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Lastly, food at the restaurant was simply beyond our expectations.
