“Lovely Tours stay”

The house was beautiful, the room was ideal, very clean and was lovely to have some toys for the children and the home made breakfast was a fantastic and delicious touch! The hosts were very lovely and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful house and rooms!! It was so lovely to be there. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly and the breakfast absolutely delicious- I can't stop thinking about the plum jam. The family room was a fantastic size, we would love to come back.

Cosy quaint b&b, tastefully decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. Wonderful breakfast with homemade jams, eggs from the chickens that live in the surrounding garden, and local specialties. Caroline was a great host that warmly welcomed us into her lovely home and gave us good advice on dining and visiting!

Lovely house, very large and tasteful decor. Huge room and tea making facilities. Frederic was very helpful and gave us directions to Tours for a restaurant. Lovely breakfast prepared by Caroline.

Beautiful, elegant house with very welcoming hosts. Room very spacious and clean with a comfy bed, modern bathroom and good wifi. Breakfast was good and free secure parking within the property.

This is an absolutely charming house with equally charming hosts. The decor in the room and throughout the house is totally gorgeous. It is a little outside the centre of Tours but very close to the Tram to take you to city. The breakfast was delicious. This is a beautiful guest house, tastefully and imaginatively furnished, and parking is secured with locked main gates. Access to Tours is best achieved by using the local tram system, and the tram stop is only a 15-minute walk away. Our hosts were charming, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would certainly recommend La Maucanniere to anyone wishing to stay in the area.
