“Ok for quick stop”
For a stop off for a nights kip it was fine. Late check in is possible with electronic check in giving uou your room codexand parking gate code. Bed was clean and comfortable.

“Great stop over with my dogs whilst driving south”
Great location Nice grassed area around the hotel to safely walk my dogs Easy screen check in - also had a question and although the reception was not manned I pressed the assistance button and it was answered very quickly.

“Awful , never again”
Very Insulted by the reception when checking in due to a card mix up via booking .com , told on arrival I must be stupid, that I couldn’t read , that I should shut my mouth or they would throw me out without honouring my booking after explaining that I had a booking confirmation and would/ could pay with a card on arrival Will NEVER be using this hotel again Totally unacceptable, to be avoided

The door in the room was exposed to the outside and it did not closed well. Cold weather and noise was easy passing over the door. The beds in the mezzanine had mattress bigger then the bed so the body was not Supported and rolling to the ground was a constant
