“your app was useless to my booking”
the hotel did not have an idea about my booking and could not confirm my reservation,room I requested for was not available and had to make another payment double my budget your app was pretty much useless to me

The hotel management is good at what they do. They sorted out every issue we had. The manager even put a call through to tender his apologies. That's great customer service.
