Very beautiful place with above and beyond service

“Delicious authentic breakfast, cosy, scenic”

We were hosted and welcomed like members of a royal family. The villa style house is so authentic, with a view on the old Moulin. And the crown jewel of the stay was a breakfast - like at the French grandmother, where Isavelle served all homemade marmelades (apricot and saffran was a highlight), croissants, bread, and cherey tomatoea to top off the choice of Normanie cheeses and meats. I will remember that experience for a long time. Breakfast itself is worth driving all the way to Jort. The room was super clean with everything looking brand new ❤️

Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious with a plentiful supply of towels, very comfortable bed, beautiful old wooden beams, breakfast was vast and delicious! Our hosts,Isabelle and Marc, made us feel like family and we had several evening meals there (by prior arrangement). Firstly , I have never eaten so much food in all my life! Every plate had been lovingly made to highlight local produce and was absolutely stunning.. all washed down with bottles of cidre ,local Pommeau, wine and Calvados. We felt thoroughly spoilt! All of the meals were laced with their own home/farm produced saffron which added the icing on the cake for us. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return. Superb!!

Breakfast exceptional, indulgent and prepared and served with care and passion. Dinner likewise, including local artisanal produce and cheeses. Atmosphere and situation of the property (including farmhouse and surrounds) was tranquil and restful, while the rooms were very spacious, tastefully but sympathetically restored and decorated, well equipped, with well suited furniture, excellent beds and linens and modern and sparkling bathrooms. Comfortable and welcoming common areas made the house a pleasure to visit and stay in. Small saffron products boutique allowed for culinary mementos, as did a good selection of high quality cider and calvados from a local producer.

A large room with a stylish design and all amenities. The hosts are very sincere. The hostess served an awesome breakfast. In 5 km away there is a town where you can have a nice dinner. We highly recommend this option.

This is the best place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled a lot. The people, running this place, are the most helpful and kind people we have met on our way. They helped us with transport, and they made wonderful food for morning and evening. We should only stay one night, but when we saw the place and the lovely room, we decided one more day. The little village was charming, and the surroundings was beautiful. We hope to be back one day, and then we will rent bikes for travelling around in the area.
